DAVID F. DVORAK, Jr., of Westlake, Ohio, formerly from Cleveland Hts. and Solon, Ohio. Born in Cleveland, Ohio October 19, 1948. Died peacefully July 14, 2023 after a long illness due to Parkinson’s.
Loving son of David F. Dvorak, Sr. (deceased). Survived by his mother, Rosemarie Fontana; brothers Douglas C. Dvorak (Susan) and Jon R. Dvorak (Joan); nieces Lindsey Stein (Matt), Marie Schmalzried (Corey), and Emily Dvorak; nephews Michael Dvorak, Aaron Dvorak, Alexander Dvorak and Richard Allman; grand nieces Carly & Madison Stein, Riley & Mia Schmalzried.
Graduate of Solon High School and Cleveland State University. David retired as a Science teacher from East Cleveland Schools. He then took a full time position as a Naturalist for the Cleveland Metro Parks, Brecksville Reservation. David was an avid birder, published nature photographer and published author. He loved his Canadian fishing trips to the French River and Georgian Bay, Ontario.

The family will hold a celebration of life at a later date.
